The hotel is located in the very center of Shanghai, within walking distance of popular sites such as the Bund and Nanjing Road. Guests have mentioned the fabulous restaurant on the 31st floor, offering breathtaking views of the city. the rooms are described as large and clean, almost like mini apartments, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. the staff is helpful and the breakfast is tasty and varied. Some rooms even come with a computer and internet access for added convenience.
The concierge service could be more helpful, according to some guests' experiences.

Hotel location was within walking distance of jade buddha temple. Finally, the property's restaurant was good! Downtown Shanghai district certainly deserves to be visited.

The best location in Shanghai (The Bund). The reception staff were exceptional.
The fitness center is very small and some equipment needs to be updated

The lack of wireless internet and the fact that you have to pay for the Internet is not good. The location is great. It does not feel like a 5 star hotel. The staff tries very hard but the lack of English speaking staff makes it very hard to communicate.

Perfect location! Close to popular tourist attractions and not too noisy. Friendly staff and adequate wifi. the room was spacious and comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety of both western and eastern options.
Hard to get a taxi, especially during morning rush hours. Limited nearby attractions, but great for business travelers.

Quality room in a great hotel centrally located in Shanghai.
One minor point. We had a comfortable bed but the bed base creaked every time we moved on the bed.

During my xmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable bed and nice bedding at the hotel. The room had big windows that offered a great view of the surroundings. The hotel was also conveniently located near subway stations, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. A bonus was the abundance of small eateries around the hotel, offering cheap and tasty food options.
The hotel rooms had a persistent cigarette smell that was quite unpleasant. the hotel's wifi was only available in the ground floor lobby lounge, and even then, it was only accessible during the lounge's opening hours.

Location is good as it's within walking distance to the Bund. The room is big with a separate sitting area
The design of the rooms are very Oriental and dated. One of the hotel staff is not helpful.
